nd, Miranda and the other Victoria Secret  models work out 3 to 4 times per week for 75 minutes at a time. They spend 30 minutes on their legs, 30 on their core, arms and balance, and 15 minutes on stretching.

Back at the gym, they do a combination of boxing, resistor balls, and weight work for her legs. She does leg presses, calf raises and leg extension exercises to keep her legs long and lean-looking.

As for diet, Miranda’s trainer encourages her to eat a lot of healthy carbohydrates and lean protein for breakfast – foods like old-fashioned oatmeal, egg whites, veggies, cottage cheese, muesli, yogurt and fruit. Then it’s salads and chicken or fish for lunch, and a combination of fish, turkey, vegetables and chicken for dinner.
